• Connect the plug to your electric power sup-
ply leaving a loop in the cable below the
electrical socket to prevent drops of water
running down the cable and into the power
supply.
• Before switching on make sure your home is
protected by an automatic safety breaker
switch (or individual breaker plug) with an
operating current of no more than 30 mA.
• This appliance may be used by children aged
8 and over and by people with reduced phys-
ical, sensory or mental capabilities or with a
lack of sufficient experience and/or knowl-
edge, provided they are supervised or have
been trained in the safe use of the appliance
and understand the potential dangers.
Children must not be allowed to clean the
appliance unless they are supervised. Children
must not play with the appliance.
• This fountain for cats and small dogs must
only be used for its intended purpose.
• Ensure that the power cable is placed where it
cannot be bitten or damaged by your pet.
• Please ensure that children do not drink from
the fountain. Never put any poisonous sub-
stances or supplements (e.g. scented oils) in
which could accidentally be ingested by chil-
dren or pets.
• There is a risk of electric shock if electronic
devices come into contact with water. While
the fountain is in use, it may occasionally
cause water to be splashed. Therefore, do not
place the fountain on top of an electronic
device. Position it so that if it is bumped or
knocked over accidentally, the water or
splashes that come out cannot come into
contact with electronic devices.
IMPORTANT
- Within the European Union, a crossed-out wheel-
ie bin symbol on the product, documentation or pack-
aging indicates that the product cannot be disposed of
in the regular household waste stream, in compliance
with EU Directive 2012/19/EC and with current local
regulations. The product must be disposed of at recycling centres
or authorised waste disposal centres for electrical and electronic
equipment, in accordance with current legislation in the country
where the product is found. Incorrect disposal of this type of waste
can have a negative impact on the environment and human health,
caused by the potentially hazardous substances produce by elec-
trical and electronic equipment. Correct disposal of these products
will also contribute to the efficient use of natural resources. Further

Installing the product
• Connect the pump to the pipe on the inside of the upper part of
the fountain (

) and press it down firmly.
• Insert the power cable through the hole in the rear part of the
fountain (

• Put the 4 rubber feet in their cases on the bottom of the bowl
(

).
• Before inserting the active carbon filters, rinse them under tap
water in order to remove dust and excess carbon (

).
• Attach the slide to the bowl (

).
• Insert the power cable through the hole hole in the rear part of
the bowl (

).
• Fill the bowl with water.
• Connect the power cable to the adapter and plug it into the
main socket.
IMPORTANT: never connect the pump to the power
supply before filling the bowl with water.
How to adjust the pump flow rate
• Disconnect the pump power cable from the adapter.
• Take the slide away from the bowl by carefully pulling it
upwards (

).
• Adjust the flow rate by using the small lever (

).
• Reassemble the product following the steps in the reverse.
Product maintenance
• Regularly check that the water level is always over the minimum
water level shown on the product; if not, immediately add
water.
• Periodically clean the entrance water grids and check that they
are not obstructed.
• Check the filters weekly and if they are obstructed rinse them
under water.
• It is recommended to replace the filter
every month
, or when
it is very dirty.
·• Check periodically the pump working condition and if necessary
clean it; it is recommended to clean it every 3 months.
Filter cleaning and replacing
• Disconnect the pump power cable from the adapter cable.
• Take the slide away from the bowl by carefully pulling it
upwards (

• Remove the filter and clean it or replace it with a new one.
• Reassemble the product following the steps in the reverse.
Pump maintenance

• Remove the pump from the pipe inside the fountain (

• Remove the pump cover, remove the rotor and clean it using a
small soft brush under warm water (do not use detergents or
abrasives) (

• In case of particularly hard water, the pump may become pro-
gressively noisier. In order to solve this problem we recommend
carefully cleaning the pump rotor and the rotor housing (

besides, spread some specific oil, provided with the product, on
the rotor hole (

• Reassemble the product following the steps in the reverse.
WARRANTY
. This product all its parts and accessories are cov-
ered by warranty within the limits provided for in this paragraph
and the legal regulations currently in force. The guarantee is valid
only against manufacturing faults and it includes free product
repair or replacement. The guarantee is not valid for damage and/
or faults caused by negligence, wear, improper use, accidents,
tempering, incorrect repairs, purchase not confirmed by receipt.
Filters are excluded from product warranty. They are available as
spare kit.
