PRODUCTS RETURNED TO FENWAL
When products are returned for test, corrective action, credit, or repair, please identify
them with a FENWAL Return Material Number clearly marked on the return package and
a memorandum describing the reason for return, reshipping instructions and, should a
problem exist, provide us with complete information covering the problem. Also, provide
the system number if the product was removed from a system. A copy of the form or
memorandum should be enclosed in the package with the returned material. This very
important “first-hand” information will insure prompt service and resolution of your
problems.

AND ISOLATION VALVES MUST BE RETURNED
UNPRESSURIZED, WITH EXPLOSIVE ACTUATING
COMPONENTS REMOVED AND WITH SAFETY PLATES
OR SAFETY PLUGS INSTALLED. CONTACT FENWAL
FOR SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.
Material being returned for credit only will require prior authorization and approval, and
will also require proof of original purchase - for example, the invoice or order number.
This information should be included in the package at time of return.

All equipment must be packaged and shipped in accordance with US DOT regulations.
LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
We represent that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship, and it
will repair or replace any product or part thereof which PROVES to be defective in
workmanship or material for a period of twelve (12) months after installation and original
start-up of the system or after initial use of the product by the Buyer, but not to exceed
eighteen (18) months after shipment by the Seller, whichever is lesser.
FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY, IN WHICH, AMONG
OTHER THINGS, FENWAL DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, please read the entire LIMITED WARRANTY and
Terms and Conditions on the Quotation and/or accompanying written proposal, and/or
Original Invoice which will become a part of your sales agreement.
