4.0 INSTALLATION
4.1 L
IFTING
SYSTEM
AND
TRANSPORT
Unpack the machine and check that no parts
are missing or damaged. In case parts are
damaged during shipping, immediately con-
tact the carrier and manufacturer.
• Check that lifting device used is adequate to carry
the weight of the machine. See chart in 3.1
Techinical Data.
• Avoid lifting the machine over persons or things
that could get seriously hurt or damaged in case
of item falling.
• Before any lifting operations always announce it
to those around.
• Before lifting the machine, always be sure that
head is blocked in the center of the Guide Bars
using the Limit Rings, I (Ref. 4.2, Fig. 4).
To reduce volume and make transport/lifting operations
easier, dismount all four legs.
The machine is packed inside a carton box.
The machine is to be lifted by a forklift, placing it as
shown on Fig. 2.

ISASSEMBLING
All mounting and disassembling operations
must be done with machine “OFF” and un-
plugged.
• Proceed with mounting and disassembling opera-
tions very carefully wearing safety gloves and
proper footwear.
• Before placing the machine on the floor, keep it on
the forklift and screw on the legs with its
proper key

• Lower the arms of the forklift and set the machine
carefully on the floor.
• Install the side table extension

• Mount the fence on side part
