1. Insert feather key (2) in shaft (1).
2. Slide gear-wheel (3) on to shaft (1).
3. Slide second gear-wheel (4) on to shaft and secure with a circlip (5).
4. Press gear-wheel (7) on to shaft (6).
Repeatedly pressing gear-wheel on and off reduces the force which can be transferred at the
press connection. Do not press gear-wheel on and off more than 2-3 times.

Tool:
- Circlip pliers
- Arbor press
- Sleeve
outer: ~25 mm
inner: 15 mm
