Assembling the intermediate gear box

Positioning the intermediate gear box

Positioning the motor housing

Positioning the carbon brushes

Positioning the drill motor
Tool(s):

Torx T15

Position the circlip (

).
2.
Connect the two strands (

) as shown in the connection
diagram.
3.
Position the cover (

).
4.
Screw in the two screws (
4
) [1.6 Nm ±0.25 Nm].
5.
Position the cable clamp (

).
6.
Screw in the screw (
6
) [1.6 Nm ±0.25 Nm].
