Notes
Arming unit clears attenuation values (full volume). If attenuation is desired when
activating digital voice messages (address 1) or tones (address 2) the attenuation values
(address 4 and 5) must be set after the units is armed.
Activating digital voice (address 1) and tone (address 2) clears the activation status.
Writing 1 (ON) to an output coil activates the associated function as defined in Table 2.
You can read the coil to verify the write was received. Successive ON writes are
processed even if the coil is not set back to 0 (OFF) prior to writing another ON.
Writing coils and analog output registers supports the Modbus Write Single and Write
Multiple functions; however, when using Write Multiple (code 15 and 16) you can write
to only one coil or register at a time. If more than one coil or register are addressed, the
command is ignored.
