Pass the wheel axle (30) through the wheel (31) and the right side
of the frame, and fix it with K, J. (As shown in the figure, use the hex
wrench M1 to fix the wheel axle at the card slot and clamp it with M2.
Turn it to the left to lock it).
Fasten the wheel cover (29) into the wheel as shown.
