5.Remote Diagnosis
This feature allows you to receive remote service and support from FCAR after-sales
technicians to assist with vehicle diagnostics.

How to receive technical support from FCAR
1)
Turn on the tablet Tablet power;
2)
Select [Remote Diagnosis] in the function main menu to open Team
Viewer, and the system automatically generates and displays the device
ID;
3)
Inform your FCAR after-sales team (service hotline 0086-755-82904730)
with your device ID number, waiting for a remote control request to you;
4)
After receiving the request, the system selects [Allow] to accept in the
pop-up window, or select [Reject] to reject it.
Make sure the device is connected to the Internet before receiving remote
assistance.
