Socket and Ratchet

5/16" x 3/4" Hex Bolts (4)
5/16" x 1-3/4" Hex Bolts (2)
5/16" Flat Washers (6)
5/16" Locknuts (6)
ATTACH REAR AXLE AND BRACES
TO CART BED
1. Place the rear axle on the bed, align its mounting
holes with the mounting holes of the bed and
insert two 5/16" x 1-3/4" bolts.
2. Add the flat washers and locknuts and tighten
using a ratchet and socket and wrench.
Do not
fully tighten at this time.
3. With the rear axle in place, slide the rear axle
braces onto the rear axle. Position the braces as
shown so the mounting holes at the end of each
brace align with the mounting holes in the bed.
4. Install 5/16" x 3/4" bolts through the bed and
braces and secure with washers and locknuts.
Tighten nuts.
5. Return to the main bolts (Step 2) and tighten.
6. Check all bolts that secure the axles and braces
to the cart bed to verify they are tight. To prevent
damage to the bolt, do not overtighten. Bolts
should be snug.
