CARTS AND WAGONS

Parts List and Tools Required

1.  Position the cart bed on a flat surface so both sides

can be accessed. With assistance, place the axle

assembly on the bed and align all mounting holes.

2.  Insert two 5/16" x 1-3/4" bolts through the bed and

through the mounting holes of the axle assembly,

add flat washers, and locknuts.

3.  Slightly tighten bolts using a ratchet and socket

and wrench. Do not fully tighten at this time. Allow

some play so you can align the remaining bolts.

4.  Insert two 5/16" x 3/4" bolts through the bed and

axle brace, add washers and locknuts, and tighten.

5.  Finally, insert two 1/4" x 1/2" bolts through the bed

and axle brace, add flat washers and locknuts, and

tighten. (These are the two smallest bolts.)

6.  Return to main bolts (Step 2) and tighten.
