Position the SMV sign bracket (Item 1) at the 
center of the cross braces. Attach the bracket and 
cross braces together using one 1/2" x 1-1/2" hex 
bolt, two 1/2" flat washers (both sides), and one 
1/2" lock nut (Item 2)

Attach the SMV sign (Item 3) to the bracket using 
two 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolts (Item 4) and two 1/4" lock 
nuts
