Clean the brew-head;

Descale  the  machine  as  described  in 
the instructions manual;

There is calcareous in the machine;

Check  out  if  the  water  tank  is  filled 
and correctly placed;

There is no water flow and the pump 
is abnormally noisy;

The  machine  has  not  pre-heated 
enough time;
