Inspect
for:
1.
cracks
or
fractures
2.
severe
or
excessive
abrasion
any
place
on
the
unit
3.
corrosion
4.
a
build
‐
up
of
contaminants
5.
thermal
or
electric
arc
damage
If
routine
inspection
reveals
damage
to
the
anchor,
discontinue
use
and
remove
it
from
service.
Record
inspection
results
on
the
Inspection
Record
found
in
Appendix
B
or
on
any
suitable
record.

and
