Troubleshooting
Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction.
Fault Possible Cause Solution
HEPA Filter does not
remove the dust and
odour completely
Filter is heavily dirty and filled with
dust
Replace with a new filter
Plasma filter does
not remove the dust
and odour in the room
completely
Electric current wires inside the
filter are dirty
Broken electric current wires or
open circuit
Clean the filter
For a new filter, contact
nearest Fakir Authorized
Service
Appliance does not
operate
Appliance is unplugged Plug in the appliance
After cleaning the appliance is
not assembled properly
Make sure filters and front
cover
of the appliance is installed
properly.
NOTE!
If plasma filter or front cover is not installed properly, the appliance will not operate.
