Safety is Important
Read these operating instructions carefully before using the appliance
for your safety and others’. Keep this manual in a safe place for future
use. If you pass the appliance on, pass on the manual too. Remove
all the packages; however, keep them until you are sure that the
appliance is operating.
This appliance is not suitable for people who are not mentally stable or
who do not have enough information to use such appliances. Please
do not let these people use the appliance.
Safety Warnings
When utilizing an electrical appliance, the precautions below shall
always be taken in order to prevent fire, shock or personal injuries;
• The appliance is designed to operate with 220-240V AC 50-60 Hz
voltage. Operating the appliance with any other voltages can damage
the appliance and generates risk of electric shock.
• To avoid from electric shock, do not disassemble electric parts of the
appliance. Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself. In case
you have a problem with the appliance, consult Fakir Authorized
Service.
• Do not use in flammable and volatile environment.
• Do not use under direct sunlight and close to high temperature objects.
If the appliance is overheated deformations may be observed and in
extreme cases there is a risk of fire. Turn off the appliance if the air
temperature reaches over 40C.
• Do not let foreign objects enter into the appliance. Risk of electric
shock due to high voltage during operating. Do not allow children to
touch or play with the appliance.
• Do not place the appliance in bathroom or any other locations with
possible water contact.
• Do not cover the appliance. If air inlet or outlets are covered, the
appliance will not operate properly.
• Keep at least 1 meter distance from devices such as television sets,
computers, radio receivers, etc. to avoid from electric interferences.
