Rotate the rear sway bar to connect the end link to the tab on 
the new lower control arm using the factory hardware. 
Torque to 32 lbs. SEE PHOTO BELOW

 Locate p/n FT95161 brake line kit and preassemble the 
brake lines to the new block. Assemble so the longer of the 
two new brake lines is on the driver side, shorter one on the 
passenger side.

Locate the factory rear brake lines and block. Remove the 
hard line from the block first then attach the new block and 
preassembled lines. Tie the lines up to prevent from loosing 
brake fluid. Now finfish removing the factory block and soft 
brake lines from the calipers saving the factory hardware.

Install the block in the factory location and rout the new 
brake lines behind the frame in the factory location down the 
lower A-arm to each caliper. SEE PHOTO BELOW.

Using the factory hardware attach the new brake lines to the 
calipers. Locate p/n FTClamp, ¼-20 X 1” bolt, ¼-20 nylock 

nuts, ¼” washers and attach the brake line to the lower arm 
tabs. SEE PHOTO ON NEXT PAGE.

 Locate the hole behind the frame were the stock plastic clip 
was located that held the factory brake line to the frame. 
Using the factory hole and clamp the brake line with the 
supplied clamps.

Refer to the owner’s manual for the proper bleeding 
procedures of the brakes. 

WARNING DO NOT DRIVE 

THE VEHICLE WITH OUT PROPER BLEEDING OF 
THE BRAKES!

Repeat steps forty-nine through fifty-eight on the driver 
side.

Check the fluid in the front and rear differentials and fill if 
need with factory specification differential oil to the factory 
specified level.

If installing optional rear differential support bracket, do so 
at this time.

Install tires and wheels and torque lug nuts to wheel 
manufacturer’s specifications. Turn front tires left to right 
and check for appropriate tire clearance. Check the toe 
adjustment for the front tires and adjust as necessary. 

Make 

sure that the rack & pinion is centered before adjusting 
the inner and outer tie rods, and that both sides are 
adjusted equally for proper thread engagement on all 
the ends

This will ensure the correct amount of turns in 

the steering to both sides.

 Adjust the ¾” heim and jam nut 

on front upper control arm if necessary. Apply thread-
locking compound and tighten after final adjustment.
