The Serial port 2 (CN4) is designed for multiple proposes. It could be RS-232, RS-422 
or RS-485 by 

BIOS CMOS setting

 or JP6, and use JP1 (1-2 pin close) to enable or 

disable (2-3 pin close) terminator if RS-485 mode is selected.
