Ignition failure
(If the system does not reach
the stipulated temperatures
during the ignition phase, the
stove goes into extinguishing
mode)

The pellets don't reach the burner?
1.1-
Check the pellet tank for fuel.
If yes
:
pre-load following the instructions in
LoAd Function (page 29) before starting the
stove. The auger may be empty.
If not:
first load the tank and then pre-load it
following the instructions in LoAd Function
(page 29), before starting the stove.
1.2-
Clean the pellet tank and check whether
the auger is jammed. The auger may be
jammed due to foreign objects entering the
pellet tank (e.g. screws, nails).
2-
The pellets have reached the burner but
have not ignited? The pellets may be too wet.
Remove the pellets from the tank and replace
them with new ones.
Note:
Always store fuel in a dry place as
indicated in bewares and actions to avoid
(page 17).
3-
There is a flame but the system has not
progressed to the normal operating phase.
Reconnect.
4-
Let it cool down and turn on again.
5-
If the error persists, consult technical
support.

Power failure
(If the light has failed for a
few moments (more than 60
seconds);
If there is a power supply
problem and the power does
not arrive (more than 60
seconds))

Turn the device back on.

If it persists, call technical support.
