Cause
Possible Solutions
The pellets do not reach
the burner
Check that there are no pellets in the tank. Fill if necessary.
Check whether the gearbox is blocked. Replace if necessary.
Clean the hopper and check whether the auger is jammed.
The auger may be jammed due to foreign objects entering the
pellet container (screws, nails, etc.).
The pellets are in the tank but the auger tube is empty. Preload
following the instructions in the LoAd function (page 29)
Any fault requiring the replacement of
electrical/electronic components should
only be carried out by professionals or
persons qualified to do so.
Technical Failures
Ignition has not occurred:
CAUTION!
The equipment must be disconnected
from the mains electricity supply
whenever electrical/electronic
components are changed or any other
change that requires the opening of the
machine's outer covers.
