Who do you call for service

Contact your authorized dealer for service.

Wheelchair won’t rise or won’t
rise all the way
Lower KateZ Lift
1. Move wheelchair to level ground.
Why? Uneven ground will keep chair from
rising.
2. Reconnect battery.
Why? A battery not correctly connected
will keep chair from rising.
3. Recharge Battery.
Why? A battery with a low charge will
keep chair from rising.
4. Fully engage quick release pins.
Why? KateZ Lift will not rise if the pins are
not fully engaged.

If none of the solutions above solves the
issue, call the dealer.
Hand control switch does not
function
Call your authorized
dealer immediately
Hand control light indicator is
yellow or red
Recharge battery
