1. Before operation
Remove the drain plug and confirm that water is
drained from the trap and drain hose.
After confirmation, insert the drain plug firmly.
※
If the operation is started while water is remaining
in the trap and drain hose, the vacuum pump and
Pirani vacuum gauge sensor may fail.
※
Take care not to spill water inside the system during
draining. Otherwise, water may splash over electric
parts, causing electric shock.
2. Common for automatic and manual operation
1) Turn ON the leak breaker and the power switch.
All of LEDs and displays go ON temporarily,
showing the default state for several seconds, and
the displays show the measured value.
The displayed trap temperature is the current
measured value.
The vacuum display range is 533Pa or less. If the
display exceeds the range, “Atmo” is displayed.
For the timer count display, the operation time of
Mode 1 is displayed and the “Mode1” lamp goes
ON.
The AUTO lamp goes ON when the automatic
operation has been chosen in the previous operation.

2) Enter the power failure time set value of the power
recovery select function.

The default setting is 5 minutes.)

The control continues when the power failure
time is shorter than the power failure set time.

The control stops when the power failure time is
longer than the set value.
(1) Press the [Set] key of control panel. The trap
temperature display shows “PoFF” and the
timer display shows “0.05”

(2) Set the power failure time with “Disp(

)” keys on the control panel and press
the [Set] key. The set time is acknowledged and

Even if no key operation is made for one
minute or more, the set time is acknowledged
and the screen moves to the measured value
display.

The setting can be changed regardless of whether
the control is being performed or stopped.

For the time setting, the input range is “0.00

The excessively long set time may cause melting of
ice or sample in the trap. The vacuum pump may
draw moisture, resulting in failure.
