1. 14-cm colour screen.

b. outdoor station, exterior camera
1. Microphone: allows the visitor to communicate
with the interior.
2. C-MOS colour camera lens with an automatic iris.
3. Infrared LEDs* for low-light conditions; for use at
night, install a lighting system.
(*invisible to the naked eye)
4. Call button: activates the ringer inside and turns
on the camera and the monitor.
5. Loudspeaker: so that you can be heard outside.

3. CONNECTION OF THE VIDEOPHONE
In order to avoid parasites and malfunctions, do not pass your videophone cable in the same
sheath as the electric cables.
1. Connect up the components as shown in the wiring diagram
2. Only six wires are needed for all the functions : ringer, image, sound and door-open.
Pay attention to the numbers of the wires between the monitor and outdoor station (the polarity
of the door-open function wires does not matter).
Connection of the monitor to the outdoor station:
• Monitor terminal “1”
to outdoor station terminal

to outdoor station terminal

• Monitor terminal “3”
to outdoor station terminal

NB:
never double wires up to increase their cross-section
IMPORTANT !
If you want to try your videophone before installing it, do not set the monitor and the
outdoor station up in the same room or it will emit an unpleasant, shrill sound.
