Warnings
If necessary, the following warnings are used in this copy of the user instruc-
tions:

High risk: failure to observe this warning may result in injury to life
and limb.
WARNING!
Moderate risk: failure to observe this warning may result in injury or
serious material damage.
CAUTION:
low risk: failure to observe this warning may result in minor injury or
material damage.
NOTE:
circumstances and specifics that must be observed when handling the
appliance.
4.2
Intended use
•
The appliance is designed exclusively for commercial use and should only
be operated by trained personnel.
•
The appliance is intended exclusively for heat treatment and drying of
human head hair, in order to positively influence the exposure time and
results of hair treatments using cosmetic hair products.
•
The appliance must be positioned such that the hair of the customer is pre-
cisely in the centre of the appliance.
•
Switch the appliance off at the main switch immediately after use. Pull out
the mains plug (tripod version only).
4.3
Foreseeable misuse
•
Before treatment with the appliance, do not apply any ointments or similar
products that promote blood circulation, as the heat emitted by the appli-
ance amplifies the effect of these products.
•
During a wave treatment, the hair must not be covered with a cloth, bon-
net, foil or aluminium foil.
•
The appliance must not be covered with towels or similar.
•
Do not use the appliance on the face or other body parts.
•
Do not use on animals.
•
The appliance must not be used for drying objects or for heating food.
