’ - data will be saved in Comma Separated
Values (.csv) format, which can be opened in MS Excel®.
8.8 Power Snapshot
Power Snapshot can be used to fully characterize illuminating power of any light
source under multiple objective/filter/intensity conditions. A complete snapshot table
can be downloaded for a permanent record of experiment parameters.
