5.1 GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLESHOOTING FOR QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ONLY
Follow commissioning guide to determine the nature of the fault.

PEN Loss .
Contact DNO or the utility company responsible for the supply
•
Single Phase monitoring
•
Is the EPC and socket/tethered cable correctly earthed? The 0V terminal on the EPC 2.0 should be
connected to Protective Earth in order for the system to operate correctly.
•
Ensure all connections in the EVSE are tightened to the correct Torque setting. For M3 terminals on
the EPC: 0.6

er parts used

Check for correct operation of RCBO & Contactor
•
Check for a short between the CP and 0V terminal on EPC
•
Interlock does not action : Check LK FB , LK+ and LK
