Contact your system administrator. Check
position of refrigerator versus the access point.
Best if router is within 400 feet in front the
unit.

My WiFi connection dropped,
does my refrigerator
reconnect automatically or

Once connected, the refrigerator will attempt
to reconnect to the network. If the unit is
having troubles reconnecting, check for changes
in password, unit position, and router position.
My user display is
unresponsive after I entered
my WiFi password
This is a normal delay associated with the unit
trying to make a network connection. Allow the
unit to reconnect, which will not interfere with
the performance of your refrigerator. Give the
unit a few minutes to work through its
connection and to eventually fail to make a
connection. At this time, if you do not see a
cloud on the icon bar then the display should be
interactive again. You may need to reenter the
password in the network settings to make sure it
connects correctly the next time it's needed.
