Correcting card jamming
Remove the card as follows:
1
. Open the cover of the printer and remove the ribbon.
2
. Remove the card by pressing the push button and/or pushing it manually towards the printer oulet.
If there are several cards, push the top one first.
3.
Replace the ribbon then close the printer cover.
4.
Press the push button on the control panel for one second.
To prevent card jamming:
1.
Make sure the cards are correctly adjusted with the right thickness.
2.
Make sure that the card thickness corresponds to the specifications in the ”Technical Specifications”
section of this manual.

. Check that the cards are not curved.

. Make sure that the cards are not stuck together.
Changing a print head
Dualys printer print heads may be changed simply and effectively without any tools or special
adjustments.
Wait until the head is cool before working on it. Before changing a print head, make sure
the printer is turned off.
Stage 1 – Removal of the faulty print head
1.
Open the cover of the printer and
locate the print head.
