 Tighten the rod stopper using the hex bolt and nut. Make it slightly loose  
so that it can rotate. 

4. 

 Align meat hanger bracket #1 to the holes of the interior wall and secure it  
in place by first inserting the bottom screws. Do not tighten the screws all  
the way in just yet.
