with an under-handed grip. Then slowly move
your feet forward and backward in a walking
position. Now with slow control, gradually
bend your knees as low as possible into a
squat position and continue to move your legs
forward and backwards. Do for 1 minute.

feet forward and backward in a walking posi-

high as you comfortably can, while continuing
to move your legs forward and backwards.
Continue for 20-30 seconds.
