Installation with Lower Anchor Connectors
1. Place the child restraint in
position.
Adjust the child restraint
to the
most
reclined
position (Recline Position
#1, p. 62), then place it
on the vehicle seat in the
rear-facing position, as
shown.
2. Attach Lower Anchor Connectors.
Push a Lower Anchor Connector onto
each
vehicle
Lower Anchor Bar.
Note:
You may need to vary the angle of the Lower
Anchor Connectors, as shown above, to attach to
the Lower Anchor Bars. Also, make sure the Lower
Anchor Connector Assembly is in the rear-facing
belt path (p. 25-26
).
IMPORTANT:
Make sure both Lower Anchor Connectors
are facing upward and the straps are not twisted.
