07.2 OVEN MODE
In this mode the cooking stove uses the heat generated from pellets to heat the top plate and the oven. The cooking stove adjustments should be positioned in this
manner:
The lever of the Hydro/Oven adjustment must be completely inserted while the Oven adjustment must be turned clockwise until it is completely positioned. In this
case, the heat output of the stove is regulated according to the oven temperature.
ATTENTION: whenever the hydro/oven mode is changed, the board will emit a sound and a message will appear on the
display to remind you to reposition the upper adjustment.
