15. Calibration
Note that only values on the weather station can be calibrated. Values on the outdoor
sensor(s) are always displayed as measured.
It is very important that you have a reliable and calibrated source to compare against
when calibrating this weather station. You must select a source that represents the
conditions of the environment your weather station is located.
You can calibrate the display values (on the weather station) of each linked sensor
individually.
a) Temperature
1. Press and hold the
SET
and
C
buttons for approx. 5 seconds to enter indoor
temperature calibration mode.
- Calibration mode automatically exits if no input is registered for the next 30 seconds.
2. Press the
HISTORY/–
or
C
buttons repeatedly to adjust the reading.
- Values are incremented in 0.1 steps.
- Press the
ALARM
button to reset current setting to 0.
3. Press the
SET
button to enter outdoor temperature calibration mode of the first sensor
(Channel 1).
4. Press the
HISTORY/–
or
C
buttons repeatedly to adjust the reading.
- Values are incremented in 0.1 steps.
- Press the
ALARM
button to reset current setting to 0.
5. If you have more than one outdoor sensor, press the
SET
button to select the next channel
and repeat the adjustment process.
6. Press the
SNOOZE/LIGHT
button to exit when done.
b) Humidity
Note that the measured humidity range is between 10 and 99 %. Humidity cannot be
accurately measured outside this range. Calibration outside the mentioned range is
not possible.
