the current moon phase:
Full moon Waning moon New moon
Waxing moon
d) Weather Forecast
The weather forecast is one of the most interesting features in the basis station
display.
Although the weather station cannot replace professional weather forecasting by
highly qualified meteorologists on the radio, TV or internet, it is amazing that just
measurement and observation of the last days’ barometric pressure permits
forecasts at an accuracy of 70%.
The radio weather station calculates a forecast for the next 12 - 24 hours; it is
displayed via the symbols in the display.
