If the module is not receiving information when there should be some, the causes
may be :
- Malfunction of a switch/contactor
- Cable disconnected between the switch/contactor and the module
- Cable cut
If the module is permanently receiving information when there should not be any,
the causes may be :
- Malfunction of a switch/contactor
- Wear of the cables of a switch/contactor coming into contact with each
other.
THE ELECTRICAL HARNESSES
There are 5 harnesses, which group together all the cables of the Hydro 124D, thus allowing the
components to be connected to each other.
They are :
- the main harness
- the cover harness
- the engine harness
- the frame harness
- the control valve harness
Moreover, each cable is a different colour according to its function :
- Red : +12V
- Orange : +12V intermediate
- Blue : mass
- Green : lights and road kit
- White : contactors
- Yellow : preheating and starting.
