Clean and lubricate the following components with NLGI#2 EP grease:

Sliders (door counterweights)



Change arm assemblies

Tooling changeover

DANGER

Tightening or loosening bolts on the face of the pulleys can cause the mechanism to move. Be careful where you place your
hands when changing tooling.

Complete the Lock Out/Tag Out procedure before you begin the tooling changeover.

Changeover tooling is stored in the tooling holder, which is located inside the machine behind the scrap door
(Figure 90).
