Working with this Manual
Presentation of Information
All activities to be performed by the user are presented in a "Use Case" format.
That is, the goal to be accomplished is briefly defined in the heading, and the
respective steps required for reaching this goal are then presented in a list. The
presentation looks as follows:

Specific example:
Creating a new file
Before creating a new file, no other file may be open.
1. Select
File

New
.
The "Create File" dialog box appears.
2. Enter the name of the new file in the “File name”
field.
The file name must not exceed 8 characters.
3. Click on
OK
.
The new file is being created and saved under the name you specified. You can
now work with the file.
