a person (minimum 50kg/110lbs). Brake

sent for repair.

 

 Hoist is not eligible for repair and taken out 

of service.

If periodic inspection reveals any defect, wear or 

other damage that jeopardizes the safety of the 

patient it may not be used until the deficiency has 

been eliminated. Defects and damages should be 

reported back to the manufacturer for action in a 

non-conformity report (NCR).
