The mole moves without a re-
quest from the boiler
The residual voltage from the boiler
(relay or triac) does not separate
properly
An additional relay or consumer must ab-
sorb the residual voltage the boiler emits at
the output.
There are always blockages in
the hose of the mole
The suction turbine's follow-up time is
too short
Check the vacuum and flow rate of the pel-
lets.
In the control, slightly reduce the parame-
ters [Feed rate] and [Conv. cycle time] (see
Tab. 6-1: "Checking the parameters"
Increase the lag time of the suction turbine
on the boiler so the hose is completely
emptied at the end of the suction time.
The vacuum when sucking is too low Release the secondary air opening (see di-
agram
Fig. 4-12: "Checking the opening"
)
on the suction pipe of the mole by moving
the pellet hose upwards.
Increase the lag time of the suction turbine
on the boiler so the hose is completely
emptied at the end of the suction time.
The mole wanders over the
suction hose
The spring struts are set too loose
(preload too low)
Increase the preload of the spring trains.
When filling the pellet store, make sure the
tube is not buried by the pellets.
The suction hose is too long
Adjust the hose length; see diagram
14: "Checking the hose length"
.
The mole does not reach all
corners of the storeroom
The spring struts are too tight (pre-
load too high)
Check and adjust the position of the spring
sets.
Reduce the preload of the spring cables.
Check the hose length of the suction hose.
The cable in the cable reel is not com-
pletely unwound
Check the cable pullout in the cable reel.
Unwind the cable completely and let it re-
wind in the cable reel.
The green LED on the power
supply unit in the connection
box does not light up and the
yellow 24 V LED does not light
up
The power supply unit is defective
A specialist must replace the power supply
unit for the mole.
No 230 V power supply is available
Check the socket and cable for the connec-
tion box.
The green LED on the power
supply unit in the connection
box lights up. The yellow 24 V
LED does not light up and the
mole does not run despite the
request.
24 V fuse blown
Change the fuse in the connection box.
The terminal assignment of the ca-
bles is wrong
Check the terminal assignment of the ca-
bles in the connection box. For more infor-
mation see chapter
The "KAnf" LED in the connec-
tion box does not light up
No request from the boiler available
Check the line from the boiler to the con-
nection box There must be 230 V from the
boiler.
The "KAnf" LED in the connec-
tion box is flashing
The residual voltage of the pellet re-
quest from the boiler is too high
Lower the residual voltage at the output of
the boiler (pellet request) by means of the
relay or consumer (<50 V).
