5 Installation
Assembly and installation only by qualified
specialist personnel
The assembly and installation may be performed
by specialist personnel with the corresponding
qualifications only.
Mounting the extraction unit
Turn the shaft on the drive motor and align the key with
the slot in the gearbox. Push the drive onto the
gearbox and fasten with 4 screws M8 x 25.
Installing the frame
Set the feet to the required height. This can be
adjusted in increments of 100 mm. To fix use 2 M8 x 60
screws and nuts each.
Then mount the 4 rectangular cross bars between the
feet hand-tight with 4 M8 x 60 screws and washers.
Fastening the hopper panels
Align the extraction unit approximately in the middle of
the frame. If space is tight in the installation room, turn
the extraction unit so that the connectors for the pellet
hoses all point in the right direction. Thus the frame will
no longer need to be turned after assembly.
