Check the electrode cleaning

Remove maintenance cover and panels

Remove the panel next to the flue gas connections.

Remove  the  panel  from  the  top  and  remove  the

Remove the panel over the electrode dedusting drive.

Check the drive chains and position switches of
the electrode dedusting

Check  the  chain  tension.  The  chain  may  sag  by  1 -

2 cm without effort. The chain is tensioned by shifting

the motor. Lubricate the drive chain with chain spray.
