INsTRuCTIoNs FoR use
I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Read the instruction manual carefully, inspect the illustrations and store the manual
before first use.

Check if the information on the label corresponds with the voltage in your electric outlet.

Do not plug or unplug the supply cord with wet hands or by pulling by the cord!

The product is intended for home use and similar (in shops, offices and similar
workplaces, in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in facilities
providing accommodation with breakfast). It is not intended for commercial use!

This product can be used by children at the age of 8 years and
older and people with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or if they
were instructed regarding use of the appliance in a safe way and
if they understand possible risks. Children must not play with the
appliance. User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed
by children if they are younger than 8 year and unsupervised.
Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the
appliance and its power cord!

Never use the appliance if the supply cord or plug is damaged, if
it is not working properly or has fallen on the ground and become
damaged or dropped into water. In such cases take the appliance
back to the service where they will check its safety and correct
functions.

If the supply cord of the appliance is damaged, it must be
replaced. by the manufacturer, its servicing technician or similarly
qualified personnel to avoid hazardous situations.

Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, before
assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, turn
off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the
power cord from the power socket!

Always unplug the appliance from power supply if you leave it
unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.

The coffee maker must not be used for heating any other liquids but water!

Do not immerse the coffee maker in water and other liquids (not even partially)!

Use the device in its operating position in places where there is no danger of toppling,
in sufficient distance from heat sources (e.g.
stove, el./gas cooker
) and damp surfaces
(e.g.
sink, basin
).

Do not cover the heating plate and do not place any flammable objects on it, it is
intended only for heating coffee contained in a glass kettle.
