Recommendation
We recommend to perform a filling by two persons contemporaneously, i.e. one person
inserts the mixture and the second holds the casing on the opening. Fill the casings so as
not to let the air to get inwards. Time of preparation can take several minutes and depends
on quantity of used meat. In case that outlet opening of the adapter

becomes blocked, it
is necessary to switch the appliance off, remove the adapter and clean it. For easier
releasing the nut

, you can use the release lever (Fig. 8). Please use the button

(reverse run) if the appliance is blocked. The meat which stayed in the grinder body is not
grinded, therefore grind it again.
