Setting the temperature
Arranging bottles
•
The temperature of a cellar has a direct impact on the maturing of the
wine in the bottle.
•
The higher the temperature, the faster the wine matures. And variations
in temperature have a significant role on the quality of your wine.
•
The more the temperature varies, the more the wine evolves and risks
spoiling.
•
The ideal temperature to set your wine cellar to is between 11 and
15°C, which corresponds to the temperature of a natural cellar.
•
Finally, avoid opening your cellar door if you don't need to remove or
store a bottle.

A collection of wine bottles is rich when it is varied. Thus you will store
different bottles, of all capacities and all shapes.
The capacity of the
wine cellar is based on Bordeaux-type bottles. So it’s capacity can
vary depending on the bottles in your cellar.
•
Bottles of wine should be stored lying down. Store your bottles with
the label facing up, so you won't have to handle them when looking
for a bottle.
•
Make sure that the bottles do not come into contact with the back
wall of the cellar and that they do not clog the carbon filter (if present).
•
The interior is laid out as follows from top to bottom: strong red
wines, Rosé or medium red wines, white wines, Champagnes and
Spritzers. We suggest keeping wine at a temperature slightly below
serving temperature as the wine needs to decant.
