Press R (flash) or hang up to conclude the operation. 

Examples of voicemail operation 

Initial situation 

Voicemail enabled, no messages. 

•

 

The extension on which the voicemail is enabled rings upon an 
incoming external call. 

•

 

After 20 seconds the voicemail answers and the voicemail with 
available mailboxes message will be played: “We are currently out of 
the office; please leave a message after the beep”. 

•

 

The caller can leave a 30 seconds message (remotely programmable 
via programmer software). Hi-Pro will take into account the 
interruption of the conversation by the caller. 

Initial situation

The extension on which the voicemail is enabled rings upon an 
incoming external call.

After 10 seconds (time programmable with the remote programmer 
software) the voicemail answers and  the voicemail message with 
available mailboxes will be played: “We are currently out of the

•

via programmer software). Hi-Pro will take into account the 
interruption of the conversation by the caller.

Signalling icons on ST 600 Personal Phone 

On  the  ST  600  Personal  Phone  installed  on  the  extension  to  which  has  been
