Note: the extension must be enabled to use this service (see
“Service activation” paragraph in the installation and
programming manual).
Nota: when the do not disturb service is enabled on external call,
picking up the handset you will hear the modulated tone
selection instead of the normal selection tone (see “Tones”
paragraph).

ALL FORWARDING
Allows forwarding the calls to your extension to another extension. This
service has three activation modes available:
•
Call forwarding all calls: all calls are automatically diverted to the
programmed extension.
•
Call forwarding on no answer (time call forwarding): the calls are diverted
if the extension does not answer within 25 seconds.
•
Call forwarding on busy user: the calls are diverted if the called extension
is engaged.
Note: the extension that has activated the service can be called from
the extension to which calls are diverted.

Pick up the handset and dial the code 3211.
Dial the two (or three) digits indicating the number of the extension to
which divert the calls.
If the operation has been carried out correctly, you will receive a message that
the service is enabled and the confirmation tone.
Hang up.
