QUALITY FUNCTIONS
Quality functions keep track of a number of interesting data for individual welds.
These functions are:
Time of the weld start
How long the weld lasted
Average. max. and min. current for the weld
Average. max. and min. voltage for the weld
Average. max. and min. effect for the weld
In addition, it is possible to manually reduce the length of the weld joint, and the weld
data unit calculates the extension energy.
The number of welds since the last resetting is also shown. Information can be
stored for a maximum of 100 welds. The welds after these first hundred are ignored.
The weld must be longer than 1s to be registered.
The last noted weld appears in the display, but it is also okay to look among the
other noted welds.
When you press RESET, all variables are set to zero.
