TROUBLESHOOTING

2 SW1 ON/OFF SWITCH
a. Check that mechanical switch action is crisp and positive.
b. Check both halves of switch for continuity when ON and open when OFF
c. Check for short between each half of switch
Replace SW1 if fault is found
The following image shows the previous steps listed. In the oval you will see the step number and below that
the meter reading you should see.

3 CB1 CIRCUIT BREAKER
a. If breaker is tripped, reset. Located on the wire feed side in the upper left.
b. Check for continuity to insure breaker is not open
Replace CB1 if fault is found
4 VR1
a. Visually Check.
If burned/blown, the problem was caused from an over voltage from the Mains Power and further
damage to the unit's power components is likely and is not eligible for warranty.
