Basic Functions
Note that your cordless phone may have functions other than
described here; please see the User Manual.
Make a call
Dial the number and press the Call key. Press the Call key
again to end the call. The total call time is shown in the dis-
play.
Answer a call
When the call signal sounds, press the Call key and answer
the call. Press Call key to end the call.
Receive a text message
When a text message is received, a message tone sounds and
the New message icon is displayed. The text message is dis-
played for one minute; thereafter it is stored in the memory.
Press OK to accept the message.
Redial/Scrolling between messages
Press the “Arrow up” on the Scroll key to scroll between
messages. To redial press the “Arrow down” on the Scroll key
until the desired number is shown on the display, then press
the Call key and wait for the connection.
Delete a stored message
Press the “Arrow up” Scroll-key until the desired message is
displayed. Press the C-key then OK to delete the message.
Transfer a call
Press the R-key and dial the extension number. Wait for the
connection and then press the Call key.
Turn off/on the ring signal and message tone
Hold the Mute-button to turn off/on the signal. “Ring signal
off” icon indicates a suppressed signal.
Turn on/off the mute mode during a call
To mute the ring signal, press the Mute-button, the caller will
receive an engaged tone.
To disconnect the microphone during conversation – press the
Mute-button until “MIC MUTED” appears/disappears. “MIC
MUTE” indicates disconnected microphone.
