Adjusting the seatpost extension
Push the CF3 seat post using minimal twisting into the seat tube of the frame
(Fig. A)
. Set the saddle to the same height as you currently use. Note when
doing this the imprinted marking of the minimum extension (see warnings on
page 8)

. Bear in mind that the CF3 seat post already provides a small
amount of springiness when it is sat on. For that reason add a total of 5 mm to
the seat height for the first approximation. For tips on adjusting seatpost
extension, see page 65. You may need to test ride the bike to set the final saddle
height.
