Fit the seatpost according to the required

’. Tight the seatpost clamp.
Set the saddle angle

(using your notes or instructions on page 49) and tighten
the clamping screws to 6 - 7 Nm. Do not exceed 7 Nm

. The Anti-Slip
Shim must be secure, unable to move. It must be flush to the sides of the post.
Re-fit the seatpost, and the correct saddle height
‘b’
. Tighten the seatclamp
using the torque setting as described previously. Do not clamp the Ergon CF3
using more than 7 Nm torque
(Fig. H)
. If the seat post still slips when you sit on
it even with the use of the Ergon shim then the post will not work on your frame.
